¿Los usuarios se pagan aparte?
No. Paid plans include unlimited users: you can add your whole operation without the account going up per person. The Free plan allows up to 10 users.
¿Qué cuenta como un crédito?
A submitted form answer, a new issue, a signed document or a training record. Each time your operation records one of these, it counts as one credit.
¿En qué moneda se cobra?
Base values are in UF, and in Chile they are charged in Chilean pesos (CLP). In other countries the price is shown automatically in your local currency. In Chile and Mexico, VAT is added to the plan price.
¿Funciona sin conexión?
Yes. With the mobile app, your team captures data in the field even with no signal, and the information syncs as soon as the connection returns.
¿Puedo cambiar de plan o de paquete?
Yes. You can move up a package or change plans at any time.
¿Hay un plazo mínimo? ¿Puedo cancelar?
The minimum term is one month. You can cancel at any time, with no additional charges, and your account goes back to the Free plan. Your forms and answers are not deleted, but they are subject to that plan's limits.
¿Cómo funciona el pago anual?
The annual plan is paid in full upfront. There are no refunds for unused months.
